JOB TITLE: LABEL ROOM COORDINATOR
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Organize the label room and keep label information current for all box labeling.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
1) Maintain label information in Label Information Databases.
2) Create or modify label formats as needed.
3) Perform quality control and stock all labels when delivered from the suppliers.
4) Calculate freight and receipt all label PO’s in Chempax after being approved.
5) Print thermo-transfer labels as needed for production departments.
6) Assist employees with finding boxes and/or labels.
7) Keep label room neat and organized.
8) Calculate correct quantity and restock labels to proper place when they are returned to label room from production.
9) Count labels when required and on scheduled inventory days.
10) Perform location transfers for unlabeled products produced in aerosol. Sheets containing the Product number, Lot number, Quantity, and Location will be provided by the aerosol stager.
11) Keep GHS and non-GHS labels separate.
12) Perform any other duties or projects which may be assigned by the supervisor.
***Forklift Driver. Must receive training and be certified before operating a forklift. Re-certification is required every 3 years.
