**Looking for applicants with strong electrical skills, production line machinery and at least 3-5 years plant maintenance experience for this opening- pay is dependent on experience**

Perform work using multiple maintenance and repair skills to keep equipment, and the structure of QuestSpecialty in repair.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
2. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
3. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
4. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing.
5. Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straight edges.
6. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
7. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
8. Using, cleaning and maintaining the different tools used on the construction site.
9. Carefully handling lifts, forklifts and other equipment used to handle the construction materials.
10. Working at heights and in confined spaces.
11. Handling some awkward and repetitive manual tasks.
12. Perform any other duties or special projects that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Specifications:
1. Must have the necessary physical stamina.
2. Must be able to work for extended hours or work days.
3. Must be careful during his work to avoid injury.
4. Must be able to work with powered construction tools.
5. Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment.
